If you prefer to pay dues by check or cash, please contact your organizer to set a dues schedule with them. If you have been paying your dues through PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp, please cancel any recurring payments over there first and sign up on this form.

KY Tenants is a tenant union that believes in funding our work ourselves as much as possible, so that we members hold our organization accountable, and so that we as an organization are accountable to our members. Membership dues fund chapter-level expenses including:

Travel costs and lost wage reimbursement for members to attend KY Tenants meetings, actions and trainings free of cost
Space rentals and supplies for trainings, meetings, and actions
Food and childcare for housing/KY Tenants-related meetings and actions
Translation and interpretation for materials and meetings
Pay of our staff organizers and stipended member leaders

Member dues are on a sliding scale, starting at $1. We ask that members contribute the amount that they can reasonably afford each month. If you are not a tenant but would still like to be a part of sustaining our organization, you can sign up to pay solidarity dues or to make a donation here as well.
